I've always been able to accomplish what I needed at this FedEx and if I needed help, the staff was friendly. Today I left after being treated rudely by an employee I've never seen before. He let me know that he didn't care at all.

The stars are for Megan who always goes above and beyond with help and is always professional, We have been going to fed ex (kinkos) for a few years now and I find her recommendations and general attitude very positive. I cannot say the same about Matt, not the assistant manager Matt, he has always been nothing but helpful and professional - sales associate Matt. - I’ve had multiple interactions with Matt and find him unhelpful and rude. My first encounter with Matt was picking up prints for my wife, he gestured that the staff member behind him would help me to which I replied sure thing, thank you - ‘he said yeah, that’s for the best’ I didn’t think much of it but it didn’t come off friendly. The second time I was picking up prints I got there just as they were closing, that’s an error of mine I do understand that, but it was 5:57 and there was one person being helped and two staff members, the prints were paid for and just need to be handed to me but Matt wouldn’t do it and said that they were already closed, I asked very nicely and he would not give them to me.
