I asked anyone who's reading this review to understand fully what this place is like. If I could give 0 stars I would. If I hadn't yanked my mom out of this cesspool called Boynton Beach Manorcare she'd be deceased now. Immigrant labor who barely spoke english was terrible. It's like the worst place your parent could be. Your loved one's life depends on your decision not to admit them here

John Glass, administrator at this facility, has been extremely helpful and caring in several concerns: he is quick to return calls and shows he cares and is concerned about the residents and their family members by making every effort to resolve issues. We feel more confident knowing we can reach him and he’ll make himself available.

My 95 year old mother spent a couple of weeks at Manor recovering from a fall that broke four bones in her pelvis. The facility is extremely clean, no funky odors, and well maintained. The staff was compassionate, patient, kind and professional. The director and assistant administrator were accessible when needed and never made me feel like I was just another family member waiting to go through a revolving door. The physical therapists and occupational therapists were skillful, competent and friendly. All in all I liked Manor a lot. Most importantly my mother, the patient liked it a lot. Prior to my mother being sent there from the hospital I went to visit several other nursing homes. All lacked comfort and cleanliness. Manor passed both. I was extremely happy and I thank the staff for a great experience. And a special thanks to Clifton for the the follow-ups when needed and Romy a special-kind of caretaker who always went out of her way to make sure my mother was tended to and comfortable. I highly recommend Manor.

My sister is currently at this facility and there are roaches all over. When she mentioned it, they said there are bugs all over. She is also a type 1 diabetic and her blood sugar is rarely checked. Takes a minimum of 45 minutes for a nurse to answer the call button and my sister can't walk.
