I have been a customer of Garden Nails for about 10 years. I have been getting my nails done by Sammie for at least 4 of those years. I have gotten many, many pedicures and had my eyebrows waxed there in the past. The staff is so friendly and knows my daughter, sister-in-law and I by name. The management and the staff are very honest and helpful when choosing nail colors and designs. I am definitely one to bring in photos off of Google or Pinterest and ask for speical designs and I have never been dissapointed. I refer my friends and family to Garden Nails often. I always reccomened that you make an appointment. Appointments are never double booked so if you have an appoinment you are guaranteed a chair in the salon. Customers are always greeted by the staff as they enter the door and never ignored, even when it is very busy. While some walk-in's are taken, if there is not time they will let you know right away; which I think is better than being told to wait 30 minutes and never getting into a chair. I look forward to continuing to contribute to a local business that offers great customer service and a lot of options for their customers.

I NEVER write reviews… I went in the first time and got yelled at for being 5 min late even though I called and told them I was running late… then got yelled at again for smearing polish when I bumped a toe. Today I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. They practically kicked me out saying they don’t do backfills because they take an hour to do. We’ll yes they do but isn’t that your business??? I went to Mac nails… SUPER nice and Did a great job!

I've been coming here for about 8 years now, and each and every experience had been positive! Their entire team are friendly and helpful , some may be a bit shy, but still kind and cheerful. They do an amazing job, clean, and careful and they make certain you are comfortable and satisfied with the outcome. They strive to give you the service you want , and the wait time is minimal. As an RN, my eyes are always scanning for safety and cleanliness, and that's a huge concern especially in the current situation with Covid. Garden nails gets a GOLD star for their attention to all the details that make for a positive, enjoyable , and relaxing experience. I won't go anywhere else. My husband also gets pedis on occasion and feels very comfortable coming here... they always make us feel welcome♡

I went here by recommendation from my boyfriends mom and they did an amazing job! The atmosphere is relaxing and the communication about what you want done with your nails is fantastic. There is also barely any wait time, I will definitely be returning. ☺️
