they were great now they are not. I have been in there a few times this month and the products I need are never on the shelf. They are in storage boxes. The new staff sucks. I used to know someone who worked there a couple years ago and the store rocked then. They always had their products on the shelf. Now... not so.

Worst customer service EVER! The manager I’m assuming. Is so rude. She fallows you around can’t answer any questions. Doesn’t know anything about what she’s talking about. Another time I pulled up and it was 10 tell. She saw us pull up and ran to lock the door. Worst consumer service out of everywhere. Definitely WILL NOT be returning ever!

My first review of a store. This store changed their computer system and said this is why they would not accept a return within time allowed. I bought a hot air brush on 8/25/19 and tried to return it in the box and with the receipt on 8/31/19. The sales associate told me they had changed their computer system on 8/27/19 and could no longer accept returns from prior to that date- they explained the new system could not accept the old receipts. I asked the manager to call me. The sales associate called me and said the manager suggested going to a different Sally Beauty store with the item or calling customer service. I called customer service 5 times and waited a collective 3 1/2 hours prior to speaking with someone. They told me what I experienced did not happen.

I love going to Sally's beauty! They have sales all the time! l get all my perms here and the color of my hair I get that here too the cashier is always so polite and helpful if I need to find something she can always help me. I never leave Sally's Beauty without spending at least $30.00. If you're looking for something for your hair chances are you will find it at Sally's Beauty. So, if you want awesome customer service and you need something for your hair then Sally's beauty is the place for you to go!
