Has gotten worse over time. Mobile order placed. Waited 15 minutes for the 3 item order then gave up and went inside. Chaos. The person in front of me had placed an order in the drive thru that was botched so bad they had her come inside to have the manager (his second day) try to sort it out. Get the order finally and the food is cold and wrong. The crew was all laughing and having a good time though. Would be 0/5 if possible.

What the heck happened to McDonald's. Their burgers are tiny and their French fries taste awful. We used to drive 20 minutes to get their food and now I would not even cross the street for one.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but I'm too grossed out to not leave one. My first complaint is that both my crispy chicken sandwich (the buns and the patty) was burnt, as well as our mcnuggets. My second complaint is that my patty was too bad to even eat. I took a bite into it and immediately knew something was wrong. The meat was slimy and had the texture of raw meat almost. It looked fully cooked, but there was definitely something not right going on. I cut into other parts of the patty to see if it was just a weird fatty bit. Nope. The whole patty was like that. Nasty.

Came in to get some dinner and it took the staff 10 minutes to even talk to us. The dining room was a mess and boh was dirty too. Food was fine just service was lacking. There were multiple health code violations too. Being a manager for a higher end chain I expected to at least be treated nice and get safe food.
