Terrible. Ms Mary is very unprofessional she leave in the mist of doing your hair she never do the style you ask she tries to over charge you just terrible I went for braids this is the second and last time I spend my money in this place. Joy braids hair wave better. Ms Mary left big spots in my head she didn't clip my ends left it ragged when I hot home left over hair was on my clothes. Every one who saw my hair said it looked bad..... Never ever will i go back

There is need for improvement. Mary customer service needs improvement. She is very pleasant on the phone. Needs to be let clients know if there will be a wait. I was told to come early and still waited to be serviced. Needs to keep in mind that she should not disrespect her customers even if speaks in her native language. An insult can come across every clearly. WOC should uplift each other not degrade each other.
