My wife and I decided to stop here for breakfast before heading over to the Evergreen Air & Space Museum. You'll find the standard breakfast fare here. My bacon omelette was loaded with both bacon and cheddar cheese. The hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were filling. The highlight though was our server Ellen. When I first saw her, I just knew she was a well experienced server. Ellen was attentive and provided amazing service despite being the only server working the entire restaurant at the time. She handled everything in a timely manner. Now let me get back to what I meant by "experienced". We came to find out that she has been working at this Shari's for 35 years. You read that right, 35 years. Her personality really showed how much she enjoyed her job. So, if you go, be sure to say hello to Ellen, and hopefully you'll get the privilege of sitting at one of her tables.

Staff are good people. But I'm thoroughly disappointed in the huge reduction in portion sizes. And also, just like another reviewer mentioned, they are using aged and oxidated avocados. The attached picture is the loaded fries appetizer for $7.99. It is clearly now a "small plate" portion size with full plate pricing. I'm sure this is a policy ,among other things at all Shari's locations as a result of the last 2 years. Come on, Costs can be cut without alienating the customer.

Petra was an amazing server as usual. Our steaks were pure perfection, baked potato slightly overdone but still delicious. I do prefer the later time to go in for this reason.

Wait for over 20 min just for some to get drinks ordered. We order the appetizer platter the chicken strips were pink. I order country fried steak and eggs. The only thing that was cook was the steak. The manager and waitress both said the cooks had a problem with the staff working so the cooks took it out on the customers. Was there for 2 hours waiting for them to get our order right but never happened. They kept bring us food we never ordered. We will not be going back.
