I genuinely don’t post the reviews online much… But this place definitely needs attention from 7-Eleven customer service. based on reviews online and a lot of word of mouth reviws around the Quincy/Weymouth area he is ensuring that you guys get a very bad reputation .The cashier is extremely rude and yelled at me on two separate occasions. The first time this happened I let it go thinking he was probably having a rough day but it happened another time today. This has apparently happened to many friends of mine who frequently go there to buy groceriey or scratch tickets. Even the reviews posted before mine talk about a very very rude cashier who actually screams at you for no reason. He is a bald guy Who is usually on the shift at night. So if anyone feels compelled to go experience this… Just go there ask him for something very politely and if you’re lucky he’ll bite your head off. What ticked him off in my case Was me asking for a scratch ticket and repeating the number twice because I thought he didn’t hear me the first time😀

You guys are not open 24 hours, you seem to close overnight now but don't have the hours on the door or anything. CORPORATE FOR F@¢K$ SAKE STOP CONFIRMING IT'S OPEN 24 HOURS ON HERE IT'S ASININE.

I went in at midnight to buy smokes and have never dealt with a more rude employee. he literally blamed me for breaking his credit card machine because I needed to use a second card.
