They take your donation and put a retail price on it. Consider someone that actually helps people. Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Goodwill, Salvation Army - anyone that is not trying to make money off of your donation.

I had a terrible experience with your cashier Shelly. She was very rude to me and my mother. We were both very kind and patient with her. She was super rude from the beginning. My entire family felt her behavior was racially motivated as she was also disrespectful to my Tia. I got several glass/fragile things and she REFUSED to wrap them in paper. I asked several times. In the end, all she did was SLAM them into each other with a little paper placed between them. She did not wrap them and would not let me wrap them myself. Two bowls are cracked now and she broke a piece off a pasta jar I bought. I have the matching cookie jar and I was ecstatic to find the set. I'm devastated that this bitter old woman went out of her way to destroy what I paid for. Disgusting service. She should not be a cashier if she is this rude and disrespectful to customers and to the items you're selling. Shelly, you should be ashamed of the way you acted. I hope to never see you working at the register again.

Hours are not updated online. Spent all day loading up my car for donations just to get there & it was closed when it was supposed to be open.

The stuff there is ok not a lot of versatility for example there electronic section is kind of lacking and also there toy section not super clean and all around 4/10 would not really recommend but not discouraged you from going.

Face masks, social distancing, sanitization & "by appointment only" donations.
Yes they would accept that. Just not the mattress from it.
Yes they accept everything.
Yes
You don’t need appointments any longer, but I’d call to make sure they are open for donations. I’ve gone twice recently during their supposed donation hours and they were closed because of weather related conditions.
I believe they try to stop by 4 but sometimes will go over
No, not anymore
Yes changed a month ago
No. Just give them your name when you go.
You need to call to make an appointment

The donation dock opens at 8:00 in the morning and stays open until the store closes. We are open from 8:00 Am to 6:00 Pm on Monday and 8:00 Am to 9:00 Pm Tuesday through Saturday.
We restock 6 days a week but we get shipments of new furniture and mattresses on Wednesdays. By "restock" I mean donations we process and send to the store floor.
Itll probably be between $35-60.
We sell both new ones mad by Deseret Manufacturing. And we sell ones that are donated.
DI cannot take any major appliances. This would include ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. Smaller appliances are okay.
Yes you can just show them the paper work at check out
DI takes things that work and things that don't really work. I'd say so.
I work there. New product comes out daily. There is a morning push about 11am and an evening one about 7pm. Our store focuses on quality not quantity. You will find great items here. You'll also get great service, if I do say so myself
Yes, you can certainly donate clothing at that location but only during business hours. Be sure to get a receipt so you can put it with your taxes.
This is Nate Somsen not sure if they have a fax number.
No they do not. You either have to bring it yourself or you can call to see about leaving a donation pod in your area.
