I came in here wanting to take a tour and possibly sign up for a membership. The person at the desk looked confused and said “well all the memberships are done online…there’s no paperwork”, almost like I was a bother to him. I gave him a blank stare, to which he responded- “you can look around the gym if you want”. Uh, how about no?? Any other time I have gone to a gym to sign up, they always offer a tour! This was my first time trying planet fitness. The way I was treated I will never come back.

Hello, Mar! We don't have steam rooms, but we do have massage chairs and hydromassage beds!
I'm sure they thought a lot about it. I think they cater to a different audience however
