Came here early in the morning and they were closed despite Google said open and same now in the afternoon , management should be aware they are not opening and closing as they should.

I like the ladies that work there. I've never had bad experiences with them and I love them but there is a single person who works there who's just a plain miserable person and always angry. Constant attitude and badgering when dropping off items. They let the drop off box fill up and don't empty it through out the day so people won't drop off anymore and if you still drop off said employee hassles you about it. I wish I knew her name so you could try to avoid her but you'll know her when she's there. Can't miss her. It's a shame she makes this office a terrible experience for people and I wish she didn't have such a bad attitude. I'd say do yourself a favor and don't go here but I'm pretty sure that's what she wants.
