I have a medical condition which is giving me serious memory problems, and had a 6-month appt. on October 24. Dr. Forth would not let my husband stay in the exam room with me, saying that with the illnesses going around I had to stay in the room alone. My husband was not a visitor, he is my "brain" in these medical appointments (which we do when I meet with my other doctors with no problems by the doctors). We said we were boosted for COVID and the flu and wore masks; she said they were the wrong kind of mask, and my husband had to leave. He was told he could write down and leave questions, but how would she and I talk about them? So, this meant Dr. Forth and I would not be able to go over my upcoming memory problem-related tests, other recent medical issues, and my medicines. So we left the exam room. The visit summary said I left without being seen. I was seen, I just did not have a real appointment. We will no longer go to this clinic and go elsewhere. FYI - my husband had to type this for me due to my condition.
