USPS is garbage, I can't wait for the day this garbage service just disappears out of existence

It’s almost 4 pm on a Friday afternoon and I feel AMAZING! I got up for work at 3 am, knowing I was going to work half a day, because I had to ship some SAUCES to a friend in Connecticut. I went on the most ridiculous mission to ship these sauces. I’d never shipped something like this before so I really had no idea what I was doing. I went to UPS first, because of the container and weight, they were going to charge me over $400 to ship over night! I almost cried! I was already sweating from all the work I put into getting the package (I tore up a styrofoam cooler) and the ice right! I also didn’t have the box to ship it in, my idea was to buy it from the shipping store. Anyway, I decided to try the USPS but I was told I had to go to the main office. I was already feeling defeated at this point. I know the box situation at USPS can be a little difficult but I had hope. Luckily, when I got there, it was pretty empty. I was helped by KAREEM. This man is an absolute treasure. He looked at my package with some question but he was really up for helping me. He went above and beyond! He was able to get me a box and with a little work I was able to fit the styrofoam cooler with the sauces into the box. I don’t know if it was Kareem’s soft spoken nature, his charismatic smile, the urgency in which he helped me, or the awesome energy he gave off but he truly pulled me from the ledge today. Those sauces were going to be my downfall. Lol. I couldn’t be more happier to be rid of them. Kareem is an invaluable asset to the USPS and he deserves all the praise and respect in the world!! My day was so miserable and he changed that, 100%!! I am incredibly overjoyed, my mood was transformed all because of Kareem. I could not be more happier or grateful to have this gem of a man today!! 🥹 Thank you so much Kareem, my heart is full of gratitude for you!!!

Very bad service and attention, without any ethics or desire to work. Two clients and they tell you that if you don't have an appointment they can't attend you because just like on the street they don't have employees either but it's impossible to get an appointment, too bad I didn't look at the name of the lady who attended me.
