Very inviting atmosphere! From the friendly welcome to the very helpful young lady that helped with my glasses I didn't want her giving me suggestions and she caught on quickly and didn't talk much but was genuinely interested in my choices and realized I wasn't a young kid and would know what I wanted eventually! Everyone was professional but extremely kind!

I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid and had my fair share of exams/visits. This was my first time at CDA Vision Source and the staff and overall experience was easily the best I've ever had; hands down. My tech Christina was very welcoming, friendly, and I was treated like/I felt like I'd been a loyal customer there for years. Same goes for the Doctor. He was concise, friendly, personable, and helped answer any questions.

Fantastic and attentive staff, excellent care - I highly recommend Dr. Greene! My entire family was seen in the same office and scheduled consecutively on the same day; if you have kids then you know how helpful it can be to consolidate appointments. When it came time to select frames, numerous options were provided, including options completely covered by insurance. They were very patient and helpful during this process, everyone left happy! The best one stop shop for you and your family's eye needs!

As kind as the staff is we thoroughly disappointed. Two weeks ago my son broke his glasses we took the glasses in to see if they could be fixed they could not. So we tried to order a new pair. They told us that we could not order a new pair because he needed to have his eyes examined again we insisted over and over that he had just had them examined They did not believe us. Instead they booked us for an appointment two weeks out. Fast forward to the morning of the appointment and I get a text saying that our insurance will not cover another examination because he just had them examined in October. I called them and tell them why are we scheduled for an examination when like we said he just had his eyes examined in October all's we need is a replacement pair of glasses. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks for my son's glasses and please understand when I say my son cannot see very well at all He's adopted he suffered from a traumatic brain injury and literally walks into walls without his glasses. He can't function at school He can't function at home. It's been a struggle and now they're telling me because of their mistake that we have to wait another 2 weeks. Extremely frustrating the fault is on their part and totally incompetent.

Very much so. Very gentle and caring plus the explain every step of the exam.
We got a great discount on them because we bought them in bulk & they were a little more than $5 a pair each.
