This is an issue with kitchen staff, we asked medium rare and we got well done. Our waitress was wonderful no issue with her but I'm a server and I already know how kitchen staff likes to complain about a customer even when they mess up. It was my first time there and my last sadly. Also why do you guys give cheese flakes? Why not melted because it ruined my pasta :/

Came here to eat with my son. We ordered the $25 special. He had the cheeseburger, I ordered the 6oz steak. I requested it to be cooked medium well. I sliced it and it was real rare. Like REAL rare, blood oozing and all.. I read through recent reviews and others have had a rare steak issues as well. Maybe the Cook just doesn’t know how to cook steak. 🥩🤷🏼‍♀️. I didn’t eat it, even after the 1st attempt to recook it. It still came back rare. What turned it around was my server Felicia, she took it upon herself to speak with her Manager to make sure I was taken care of. I didn’t expect for her to do that, and for that, they deserves the 5 star!! All about the Customer Service! Felicia totally flipped my dining experience into a positive one!

We have been going to this Applebee's for about 4 1/2 years now. Its one of our favorite spots! Although the house salad has changed a little bit (they used to put bacon pieces on it) we still love it. We went last Sunday and got our beer and house salads and boneless chicken wings as an appitizer , then we ordered from there 2 for $22 which came with two burgers (which were very tasty) and sides. I got green beans and my boyfriend got coleslaw . It is still one of our favorites like I said. Good service and good food!
