This experience was absolutely wonderful! I had two Cataract surgeries two weeks apart and thru the entire time my procedures were handled by an amazing staff from the surgeons to the clerical staff. I felt comfortable and at home from the first appointment! I was informed about the entire procedure by experienced staff members, all appointments were set as well as my surgical dates early on. My appointments and surgeries went as described, very little discomfort if any. All my fears were gone during first appointment thanks to the very knowledgeable, professional staff. The surgeon did an excellent job, my sight returned, even better then I recalled it being. I'm 69 and haven't even needed readers anymore. If you need Cataracts or any eye needs North Idaho Eye Institute is the place to go. My special thanks to this eye center and their wonderful staff for my new clear vision! You made my life better!! Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Granier! She was the only ophthalmologist that accurately diagnosed our daughter with a certain eye condition and was able to provide the surgery she needed. She has always been so thorough and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. If you are looking for a wonderful eye doctor who is amazing with kiddos I definitely suggest her.

My whole experience yesterday at North Idaho Eye Institute was excellent. Everything was very professional, helpful, and organized as I was led from station to station to complete my vision examination. Each professional who helped me was totally organized and pro all the way. I had some waiting time but nothing unreasonable. I can highly recommend NIEI.
