All stupid work there. Oscar notification my food is ready but they took more 40 minutes to get ready my order. The Talk each othere. Stuck on phone. They even care they have customer long line. I don’t know how the work there

This Domino’s location is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. They they frequently mess up orders, they love to lie and tell you the order is still in the oven, yet it hasn’t been started yet, oh and there are multiple workers standing around and not helping the one person who is making and preparing all of the orders. Just tonight, it took over 40+ minutes for me to get my order, although I had already placed it ahead of time. Had to hear from the cook’s mouth talking to other employees they had to remake my order while they were just repeatedly telling me it was in the oven. This location has been subject to this behavior for years now. Really hoping for change soon.

Very Bad Customer Service! Extremely unprofessional environment. It almost felt like there goal is to trigger a negative response from you! I can find the words to express how disgusting my 2experience has been at this location (Rockaway) of which this was the second. Had been almost a year, figured I'd do the benefit of the doubt thing. Oops. Lol

The service is horrible. Zero Stars. I placed an order online & received the wrong order. I attempted to contact the delivery driver multiple times & it kept going straight to voicemail. I attempted to contact the store directly via phone multiple times for 3 hours to rectify it. I was put on a long hold each time & the call kept getting cut off. I'll never order from Domino's again.
