Horrible customer service, Horrible delivery guys. The last order I placed took 1 hour and 50 mins to arrive. I watched the driver on the app drive around with my delivery for over 35 minutes. I called the store 3 times before the delivery.They hung up on me every time I called yelling in the background. I had to refuse the delivery. I called to ask for my credit card to be refunded and waited another 25 mins for someone to pick up the phone. Someone let the franchise owner know what's going on . This is not the first time this has happened.

The Domino's in Briarwood Queens is a great pizza spot and their staff is very friendly and helpful. Their food is always on point and usually in and out of the store within a few minutes. Also they always have lots of great deals to choose from.

I order from this place over 5 years now, today I was very disappointed with the service I was provided. They missed up my order that I carry out, when I called, the sales person was rude telling me I have to bring it back, or pay 6$ for a delivery, I was also told how do they know that I got the wrong item?!!! I asked to speak to a manager, who was even worst not offering any apology for the inconvenience or trying to help.As compliment, they should offer to deliver the right product and take back the wrong one. As a regular customer, this will be the minimum to offer. Obviously, staff is lacking customer service orientation and need to handle the business with more professional attitude, I will have to reconsider spending my money buying from this business.
