Order is routinely wrong. Drivers misreport delivering pizzas. It's happened more than once. People in my house like dominos specifically, otherwise I would not re-order. I don't blame the workers for doing a mediocre job for mediocre money: I blame the company. Do better.

HORRIBLE customer service. I requested a gluten free pizza & I called in advance to ask the to pull it out a few minutes early so it’s not hard as a brick ;so it wont break off my tooth .WARNING avoid eating fully cooked gluten free crust otherwise you will be Scheduling a dentist appointment.I had a hard time understanding the first representative due a language barrier ;so I requested to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager & asked if he would take my pizza out a few minutes early & use a clean tool to cut my gluten free pizza. When we arrived, I tasted the pizza & it was extremely hard to bit into & burned .The manager came & said that he pHe can remake it but we will have to take it if it comes out the same. He proceeded to argue back & forth with us. He told us to deal with it. What happened to satisfaction guaranteed? I refuse to spent money at a business that does not respect or value their customers. I will not be back.
