Love dominos, hate Ralph location. They mess up orders, always delays and are very rude &disrespectful. Need to hire better trained employees. Todays manger was horrible, &he refused to give me his name. 6/21 6pm

I have been ordering from this location for many years, I don't know if they have changed owners or managers, but the service now and the food is horrible. I recently I ordered some wings, they were very small with little to no sauce on them, cold and they tasted disgusting. I also ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and it was the worse thing I have ever eaten, the bread was burnt and hard with no meat. How can they sell this kind of food. I will NOT be purchasing from Domino's again. You have lost a long time customer. There should be an option for NO STARS 🔴 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED 🔴

This was my first night in NY, my kids wanted pizza. Everything "authentic " was closed so I opted for Domino's. I ordered online and then got a phone call from Domino's. I missed the call and tried to call back. Ended up going to the store just to find out they had not submitted my online order. I had to pay and wait for the pizza after all that. Idk what happened but if I wouldn't have went to the store when I did I probably wouldn't have had a pizza for the night.

Worst Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. Ordered a large Philly cheesesteak & a 2 liter soda on 1 order & 10-piece BBQ chicken wings on another order. Delivery Driver went to the wrong address and kept calling me arguing that he’s outside and why I’m not there. He’s telling me he’s across from a park. I live no where near a park. After he finally came and delivered the food with no soda. I called him back after he drove away and he tells me there is no soda and since I paid with cash, I have to make a next order and the store will give me a free soda the next time. I ended up getting in my car and drove to the store and was offered the refund for my soda by the manager. Why didn’t he tell me there was no soda up front instead of pocketing the extra money? Smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ Oh yeah, and they never pick up the phones, don’t even bother calling because they will never answer.
