The website says delivered. I never got my order. It turns out I put the wrong number, 348 instead of 347 area code. I tried calling 5 times. No one ever answered my phone call. I wish someone would have emailed me or at least figured out the obvious error ( 347).

I ordered from Dominos tonight and I received my order with no sauces (plus sauce that I paid extra for). No biggie, I called the store to let them know, and they told me they will send someone to drop of the sauces within 10-15 minutes. I was waiting for the sauces for over 20 minutes and I figured it might just be easier for everybody if I asked for a refund for the sauces. I called the store and they told me they were sending someone to me right now, but I asked if it might be easier to just get a refund on the sauces. The man I spoke to on the phone said “hold on” and then hung up on me. I thought perhaps the call got disconnected so I called back again, and as I said “hello” they hung up again. This is incredibly unprofessional and I’m not even upset about the sauces at this point, I’m upset that I deserve a refund and can’t even get one because the store keeps hanging up on my calls. Right now, I don’t even want a free pizza, I just want my money back.

Cashier was not educated with register. She did not respond or greet me at all.First 2 minutes of me standing front of the register, She was busy talking to other coworkers. Also I asked for 2 Medium Pizza one topping deal specifically and pointed it on the menu but she charged me for individual medium pizza order. She didnt say "sorry" at any point of the service for her mistakes. They needs to work on customer service and their behavior.

I know how you feel... I had the same experience over and over and no matter how many times you call Customer service, they will never get better. I stoped buying Dominos since last year, just because of that. I got tired of the people in that store making fun of their customers.
