We waited to see a Dr in the ER for almost 4 hours, late on a week night. Arrived at 9.30, didn't leave until almost 2am. The ER was waiting area was extremely dirty, visible spots and lots of dirt on the floor. The ladies room was out of toilet paper, I told the staff and another patient told them again about 2 hours later. The staff was helpful & friendly. The construction is making the place a dreadfully confusing maze, and I assume it will include the ER, but they should at least be keeping it clean in the meantime.

I made an appointment for my child to be seen by a specialist at the Lincoln office on May 2nd. Right away they called back and said the doctor we were supposed to see would not see my child and we had to reschedule with a different doctor. Less than 48 hours before my child's appointment which was supposed to be this week, they call and cancel our appointment and say the doctor wanted tests ran before she would see my child. We would also have to drive to Omaha now, because they can't do the tests in Lincoln. They waited until the last minute to figure this out? They had 2 1/2 months to contact me about the tests they needed done. They expect you to drop everything to change appointments over their error. There is more I could add about my experience today, and it makes me question their competency.

Great doctors, great care, great building.

I'd say yes, if it's in good condition of course. Takes a special person to donate expensive stuff like that. Thanks
Unfortunately they will not accept stuffed animals as a donation. The main reason is they are afraid of the potential for disease transfer as there is a lot of immune compromised kids. They do have stuffed bears that kids get after surgery or a procedure but those are secured from a singe source that has a rigorous process to ensure there is no potential for disease. I know this because i run a toy drive every year and we have inquired with them in the past. I also now work closely with their charitable organization as my son is currently receiving treatments there.
They have a gift shop but dont carry plants or flowers but their is a flower shop near or in front of the hospital or hyvee as well they carry very pretty flower arrangments or you can also buy them sepretly
You should call their billing office to check. The question is probably something you should ask from your medical assistance provider. They may have a limit on where their funds can be spent. Good luck!
It's usually 19 but if they are seeing a specialist they still see adults if need be
11:00 am
The sleep study is in the spc not sure about when they call u ' u might want to give them a call
They are a leading child care hospital, and the answer is yes, they treat children with all conditions.
I guess I can call somewhere else and have it delivered. Would of rather given it to the hospital but obviously they don't want any outside orders with no list or page with what they offer.
Visiting hours are 8am to 9am. However most floors tend to overlook that depending on why the child is in there.

I know they deal with a vast range of medical issues. Not sure on endometriosis specifically however since she is an adolescent they will definitely help you out and if they do not handle your situation directly they will ensure you are connected with a facility that can. They are literally miracle workers here! Please call first thing in the morning and inquire about your situation. They will help.
The nurses will take you to the operating room. They will also help make you comfortable. Parents will be in the cares facility until you are taken to the operating room and then they will wait in surgery waiting or in a special room if you are an open heart surgery patient. Good luck!
The emergency room is always the place to go if something like that happens. Just make sure to give them as much information possible so they can do the best for him. Best of luck!
I would think 8 or 9 am. You could always call 4029556799 to find out. Online thats the number they give to make an appointment
yes, if you want your records all you have to do is go to the access desk and request a copy. you can also see if you have mychart
Yes, there are 3 hotels within 5 miles of Children's Hospital. Also just like Ashley said there is the Rainbow house which is a great place and and actually much nicer than some of the hotels. Rainbow house is also free of charge to the family. Look up Rainbow house Omaha and there is a lot of good info on it.
check the website
Until 8 pm
