Only reason they didn't earn a 5 star review is that they DIDN'T have my items in stock... BUT the gentleman that was working was soooo friendly and courteous. Had a great 30-45 min convo with him. He wanted to know what I would do to the shop differently if I owned it. WHAT AN AMAZING QUESTION TO BE ASKED?!! And best part, he asked if he could record the convo on his phone or take notes of I was camera shy. He then went on to ask some really great questions and I was told by a friend that went in there yesterday that he's already made some major changes... THAT I RECOMMENDED!! Now that, to me, is the TOP in customer service!!!!
