Incredibly rude clerk behind the desk. At every UPS store in America I have been to, for the last 20 years in business, I walk in with a labeled box and drop it off without incident. This is the first time in my short life that I have experienced someone like this clerk/cashier that told me “I need to wait in line like everyone else” (which makes absolutely no sense). Perhaps she can’t handle multitasking or talking while typing, however even if you have to drive an extra 30 minutes you’re better than off dealing with the sour prune that I experienced today.

Its close to my house so I come here. BUT NOONE ever greets me. They are super slow. And if they are with a client, they do not say it will be a few mins. Just act like you not there. My drop off takes seconds, and they coyld multi-task but do you think they do? NOPE. I'm thinking I would rather go to woburn.

Shipped fromthis location several time with no issue. This time, I needed to return a package that my company sent me. My company provided the return label and box, but I didn’t have a strip of tape. She wanted to charge me a $1 for a 6” strip of tape. Not happy. Going to another UPS location that won’t try to gouge a customer.

Please disregard any review from 3-4+ years ago from the former owner. New owner is the best woman I’ve ever worked with. UPS can be a difficult corporation to work under, but this woman and her staff go absolutely above and beyond to work past that and help each customer with whatever they need.
