Marie was so kind and helpful in helping me to locate a replacement foot pedal for an older (80s model) Singer Sewing Machine at a very reasonable price. I was not at my best because I was going through a challenging time and Marie was just so patient and understanding with everything.

Brought my sewing machine in to be serviced. I had never been here before and Julie was so nice. Got an estimate and should have it back by the week of Nov. 22nd. Lots of different machines and sewing supplies here too!

Being an inexperienced sewer with a machine I had only used once a couple of years ago, I could not figure out how to thread my machine. Brought it in to Marie’s and Theresa very patiently showed me how to do it. Explained everything as she was doing it. Told me any questions , just call. They could not have been any nicer. Very impressed with the ladies and the store. Will definitely recommend!

Marie and staff are helpful and friendly, completely judgement free zone and probably needs to raise her prices. Repaired both an older console Singer 603E and table top Bernina. I'm solid with these two for now but if I ever need a new one I'm getting it from Marie. Some really nice embroidery units keep getting more accessible ($).
