Called for information. Got a real bad attitude from the man answering the home. Some advice for your people there. Just BC you have some authority does not give you the right to be jerk to people trying to ask questions!! I would give a 0 but can only go as low a 1

Older gentleman working at night was extremely rude. I was picking someone up and he treated me as if I had done something wrong. Observed him being rude to several other people that were waiting also. You should not be treated with disrespect by a government employee when you are being respectful to them.

I went on dec 26th 2020 and I’m not sure if they lady working was upset she was there after Christmas, however she was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful in leading me in the right direction to filling a domestic violence protection order. I left there with no help nor any direction on what to do. Very unpleased. -female 20 years old
