The machine that answers is absolutely abysmal. There is no dial pad option and it supposedly recognizes speech. Going out of my way to annunciate as clearly as possible, the machine still cannot respond correctly and hangs up.

We've never had an issue the whole 3 years we've had them. They even worked with us when we had an issue and got it resolved. The only thing u can't stand is there hours. What electric company is only open Wednesday through Friday? Fix your hours and that's all the complaints I got

Hopefully one day somebody will buy Duke Energy out hopefully it will be Jones Onslow because Duke Energy sucks it is horrible and God for bid you ever have to deal with the power company it got a little dark out so the power went out for days don’t know why!! Horrible customer service terrible People Terrible Pl., God help us all!!
