Food was ok, but the service was terrible. Guy that seated us was cold, didn’t hold the door for me or my daughter. Took a long time to be greeted and have our order taken. Never offered another drink for me or a refill for my daughter. Took a long time to get the check. This place could not be less interested in their customer’s experience. Good was great (as usual). Server was amazing and very accommodating. Our order is basic, but with some light this, and extra that, and oh by the way... but the server logged it all, and ensued it all came out just right. Glasses remained filled at all times. The staff also worked to make sure that social distancing was handled as best as they could.

This CPK in Stanford Mall used to be one of our favorite spots to eat ar pre-Covid19. But, the latst 3 times we have gone there, the service, the food, the entire experience has been anything but great. They are not staffed sufficiently. The waiters are rookie. They dont care to even check on you or bring any refill. Couple times I ordered cocktails that they never brought and at the end were trying to charge me. So, in case this review doesn't convince you to eat at other places in the Mall such Pacific Catch or True Kitchen, make sure you check your bill before you hand them your credit card. I will never go back.

Came to pick up an online order that was already paid. Hostess said the pick up orders weren't ready, the kitchen was short staffed, it would maybe be 10min wait, she would go ask about the order, and I should ask this other person help me. …Eun, we are sincerely sorry to hear about this experience when picking up your order at our Palo Alto location.
