I just found out that owner Abi died in 2021, which explains why I haven’t heard from them. So sad. He was great.

No website, just an out of date and super low effort facebook page with little information. Walked in to see about a mac repair and was turned away, told that the business is shutting down. Probably for the best

Yes, we can replace the battery in any MacBook Pro Retina model for $199, which includes parts and labor. It takes about 24h to do the work, since there is a lot of glue that has to be removed and then re-applied when the new battery is installed.
You should take it in. They do.
Hi there! It could be that you have a bad lemon iPhone. Certain batches of iPhone 6S had a battery recall issue that was covered by Apple for free. iPhone 6 has not had this issue. If you can bring this iPhone in to our store, we can test the battery and let you know if it needs changing. If it is just 4 months old, it will likely be covered under warranty anyway. Andrew
Hi there! When your computer has the spinning beach ball of death, it usually implies you have a corrupt Operating System (OS) or perhaps something is wrong with the hard drive inside. Many times it can be fixed with a software reset, which usually costs between $100 to $200. Yes, when the hard drive is full, it can also manifest this problem. If you can bring it to us, we can diagnose the problem and give you a firm estimate. Do you know about our new location? Pls use Google Maps to find us (there is a lot of construction in our area, but we are still on El Camino very close to our old building). If you are not able to bring to us, we can dispatch a driver to pick it up from your house.
Hi Paul! Yes, we can replace an iPhone 5 battery. It costs about $45 to $55. It takes about 1h to do the job. Best time to bring in the iPhone would be between 12p and 4p. Andrew PS: When did you ask this question on Google? We are just seeing this now :-/
