Think twice before making reservation with Airbnb. If your host is decent, you will have a pleasant stay. If your host is a scammer, you will have a horrible stay. Host can easily lie, manipulate, and get away. Airbnb will only pretend to help, and waste your time. They do not even let you post your negative review despite all the proof. Because Airbnb makes profit from each stay. They are also not available for 24 hours, no support after 11EST, they say their shift is over, and they will get back to you. You will need all the luck if you are going to book with Airbnb... Photo; Wait, this is not the door of a storage room. It's a sad comuflage of the guy living next room. So, much for renting "an entire condo." TV is the HODOR in this scenario!

As a user I find the search to be poor. Constantly shows prices that are outside of the price range I set in the filters. This has been reported and happening for a very long time. Also, why in the world can we not sort by total price. Price per night means nothing with some places having very high fee's. Airbnb's failure to fix these leads to me competitors who are actively making the user experience better.

Airbnb is usually hit or miss with the company doing nothing to support the tenant who is renting and not holding host accountable for their inability to follow company policy. I’ve had great experiences and also had cat infest hair all over my face when grabbing a clean towel(it wasn’t clean) I’ve had places say they are renting to be turned away at the door, Airbnb said they would give me a discount, but then didn’t apply discount because I didn’t spend the same about if money($2500), the help line doesn’t help just has said we can’t do anything for you, false review from hostile host with claims that far exceed reality don’t get removed. Airbnb is a company that scams the user the most, helps the host and profits the most

AirBnB violate their own rules in the field of xenophobia and discrimination. They closed an ability to book apartments for all people from Russia and Belarus all around the world. Such a great support even for the people, who tried to leave their country! Modern democratic values as is. I am not even speaking about the stopped payments for the property owners. It is a robbery. I do not recommend working with this company. Low ratings on reviews is the best confirmation of this.

They blocked me and wouldn't tell me reason for complaint. Still don't know and never got a chance to say my side. In America you are innocent until proven guilty unless its AIRBNB
I am a super host and going above and beyond but i am not getting the support we used to get years ago. The company is changing and not supporting us. I also had to write a review due to lack of support. Our calls used to be taken ahead of all other calls. Now we have to wait 20 or more minutes.
Good luck, they force most users into consumer arbitration so it is difficult to sue them. Still worth filing one.
Airbnb can de activate anyone for any reason, if you read their fine print. Be very wary of this company. No explanation will be offered and all records will be erased. No response will be provided. I feel very dissapointed with this company.

They outsource their support, sounds like to SE asia. Agents are trying their best, but honestly the company is not incentivized at all to help you at this point. Used to be a great service, but support staff seem to spend months giving you the run-around these days in hopes that you will just give up.
Good luck, I just went through this and got conned out of $2,000. Hope you were successful.
Nothing is impossible, you just have to try.
You have to look at the terms on whoever you book it through it's different for each host depending on what their rules are
Don't get greedy. You are the problem with air bnb
I never stayed there. I was only driving pass there.
888 brannon street in san francisco is his address.
I don't believe so. But don't quote me, it's just a guess.
Yes if you are a visitor. Any government ID
I experienced a bad rental lately also. Didn’t stay 10 minutes. Called Airbnb. They gave a refund of their fees, but host was young student who didn’t care. I wanted all my money back since I didn’t stay there, just took look and I said nope. Host said no refund, he needed the money. I say: 1) if there’s only one picture, forget that listing, 2) only go for full refund listings, 3) just use Hotwire, pay as little as 36-40.00/per night and be done. I’d used Airbnb 4 times, then got this dud. I’d rather have something clean/dependable. Forget the “experience”, I’m too old!!
Did you read the terms of your contract? If the owner had backed out, instead of you ... the contract wouuld protect you. If you don't want to sign the contact, don't. Contacts have consequences.
That's a question for lawyer. You're asking Google volunteers. My answer is, ask a lawyer.
Completely depends on the individual listing. No overall policy.
You are in big trouble my friend. Airbnb is not a good company and nobody takes responsability. Enter internet and find the local telephone number of Airbnb. The person who answers will be extremly friendly and will give you advise whot to do. Be prepared to be waiting 2 to 3 month to get your money back( if you are lucky ) . Hans.
No . Better watch out and double check those alleged representatives.
Unfortunately you are in hands of people who are extremly burocratic and not trustworthy. I hada very unpleasant experience with them and will NEVER EVER do any transaction in my life with Airbnb.
They have a website with reviews !!!!!
I don't read russian
Yikes....it's the bad part of these start up businesses, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. A normal hotel still has a RECEPTION DESK with a live human being to help you, oh yeah thar poor person also gets paid minimum wages. You get what you pay for with Airbnb, Facebook selling your identity, Twitter helped flip a US election. Enjoy. "Howard Roark stood naked at the edge of the cliff and laughed"
this company is like scame, they are the worst customer service you could ever imagine, no care, no morality no good attitude, best think do like all of us now delete their app and tell all your family members and friends about it, we can make them respect us if you stick together and we tell everyone about them, cause if everybody stop using their service then they will wake up and realize that they are actually existing only because of us we pay them to live, so once we all stop using them they will respect us and treat us as it should be
Over and done with...somewhere over the Rainbow blue birds sing.......

No. Website only.
They are liars and thieves and will not back you with their 1 million dollar coverage. They will throw you under a bus and back up over you.
You go to the website and pitch your idea for the experience you'd like to offer. This will get the ball rolling for you endeavor using the experiences plateform.
Hey you can click a photograph from your phone app
List each room as a separate booking
I think airbnb has a host insurance upto a million dollars.
Email the company. Not maps.
Maybe, but i doubt it. It would depend on the individual listing. However, how many people would loan strangers their car? If there's an accident ... So many, many things could go wrong.
