Has anyone else been totally ignored by the numerous members of Airbnb team when they have a complaint as a host. Main problem being you cannot get to anyone higher to resolve issue.

I am a super host and going above and beyond but i am not getting the support we used to get years ago. The company is changing and not supporting us. I also had to write a review due to lack of support. Our calls used to be taken ahead of all other calls. Now we have to wait 20 or more minutes.

I am facing exactly same issue. Airbnb just ignores all complaints though the fault is from their side. Apparently they cannot solve software issue and dont care to deal with scammers. Very disappointing...

Yes, I've had the worst experience recently when their was a glitch in the system that was providing a nightly rate of $2.12. When I told them that I didn't make any changes to my pricing, they insisted that if I cancelled the reservation I would have to pay several different fees. The person had reserved my property for 95 days at $2.12/night and airbnb wouldn't fix the problem. They finally agreed to to cancel the reservation without penalty but them the 95 days were blocked and I couldn't unblock them. It was a nightmare. Finally resolved it after 3 days.

When you enter your date of birth you actually have to click back to the year you were born- and it will be month by month!!! I'm 62, and wow- musta took 5 minutes of clicking back to my year of birth🙄 Gee, now I know what day I was born!!
