If I cancel my reservation, will I be charged the service fee? HMSACZP8M3 or can I move the reservation to a different date and not loose the service fee?

this company is like scame, they are the worst customer service you could ever imagine, no care, no morality no good attitude, best think do like all of us now delete their app and tell all your family members and friends about it, we can make them respect us if you stick together and we tell everyone about them, cause if everybody stop using their service then they will wake up and realize that they are actually existing only because of us we pay them to live, so once we all stop using them they will respect us and treat us as it should be

This is a very specific question that only Airbnb HELP support (if like any start up has REAL TIME CUSTOMERS SERVICE that a regular hotel would have) But then again when you go cheap ...you get cheaper. ..☺😇😀😄😀😂😈☺
