I frequent this store during my lunch breaks twice a week. But each time I come in to see what's new, the self- identified store manager goes out of his way to openly racially profile me and other Black shoppers or block clothing isles with utility hangers to prevent Blacks from walking through the store isles to shop. I attempted to confront his behavior but he fed into his "racist maneuvering" saying, "don't you know I'm the store Manager" by refusing to provide me with the number to Goodwill District Manager when I inquired who to report his behavior to. Silicon Valley goodwill is always a treat.it has that disorganized thrift store feel that makes you think you've got a chance to buy something nice. I found a pretty nice, new looking mechanical keyboard to take apart a frankenmod.

It seems they close when their trailer fills. So you need to figure out when they are getting a new trailer and get there just after that. I think mornings are better.

I believe you can go ahead and donate when they are open. They are open from 10:30 to 4:pm. I would call and double check.
Try to go early in the day to drop off because they stop collecting donations before the store closes but exactly what time is unpublished and variable.
I have donated stuff lately. Last I hear it's 10am-1pm most days, no furniture accepted though
They have some, and receive some all the time.
