This room was good for an overnight stay. The room was a little outdated...broken light wall plate, shower curtain was dirty, sink was cracked, carpet could use a shampoo to remove stains. But overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, bed sheets were clean. I always check the mattress seams for bedbugs/bedbug fecal stains and both beds looked great. Room was nice and cool. Quiet area. The customer service was outstanding from check in to check out. The hot breakfast was actually hot and great! The breakfast host was also great and pleasant. The jacuzzi rooms were in a separate location and looked amazing from the outside! The only draw back was parking and over priced for the type of room. There was no parking by the actual building, it was full. We had to park in a back lot that was dark. Overall I would stay here again due to the comfortableness of the room, the great customer service, and hot breakfast.

Michael and his staff are aware of their guests needs. They are very accommodating. They went out of there way to make my stay easier and worry free. This experience made all the difference in the world for me and my family's stay. Robin at the front desk is very pleasant and recommended local restaurants and was very familiar with the area. Thanks again I wish everytime I stayed in an hotel Michael and staff were there.

Room was very clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. There is a great breakfast buffett, a nice lounge area to sit and eat. Also a kid friendly hotel. Good location, close to Cedar Point, Cast-A-Way Bay, and a lot of restaurants and shops. The only complaint is that the pool is not ready for the season. And It dosn't look like it will be anytime soon. Other than that, great hotel!

As a 3 year continued Wyndham Diamond member, probably the best stay I’ve had in the past 5 years. Hospitality is top notch. Front desk texts you ahead of your stay and during providing unmatched care and hospitality. Those beautyrest bright dawn plush pillow top beds are really what drew me back to this property for a second time. Needless to say, beds are fantastic, a combination of firm and plush pillows, and rooms are hotel corridors were clean. Also this was one of the very few Wyndham properties to recognize my loyalty status and pro-actively offer me a suite upgrade without having to ask. Even without the upgrade, I’ll be back!! Top notch!!
