We booked a suite and we’re told when we arrived that we had been give 2 adjoining rooms as an “upgrade”. This forced us to sleep separately from our children. The housekeeping staff were outside multiple days smoking marijuana in the parking lot and speaking very vulgar while walking the halls. They were not dressed professionally, wearing short shorts and sweatpants. The breakfast was not as advertised and ended very early. The beds were uncomfortable. The last day we were there, the housekeeping staff came in and started breaking down the rooms 20 minutes before check out time and completely disregarded the face that we had privacy signs on the door.

Location is great, right by so many things. The service was AMAZING. My teen gets bouts of anxiety inspired insomnia and couldn't stay in the room over night. The staff were so accommodating to him and his needs. Kept an extra eye on him and made him feel comfortable. The pool/work out room leave a little to be desired but my kids liked it. Breakfast was only okay but honestly it was food and it was hot. Everything was very clean. As someone who used to be a house keeper in a hotel I know the things I'm looking to be clean and it was great. Only things I really have to "complain" about isn't really a them thing but a ME thing. The beds were a bit small for me. I'm used to a bigger bed but that by no means is there fault. Over all when we return to the area we will most likely be staying again. Thank you.

Nice place to stay over if budget is on your menu. Customer service is excellent and free breakfast 🥐 is always a plus! Carpet in room needs to be replaced and housekeeping missed a few deep cleaning in some areas is reason it's not a 5 Star. But you get what you can afford and this works for me!! If you can't afford the expensive hotels,. This is the next best thing!

I haven’t even stayed here yet, but I am so impressed with my interactions so far that I felt the need to give them a positive shout out! We are attending a wedding in June and called in person to book through the group reservation. I have spoken to the hotel directly twice and I am very impressed with the service and friendliness thus far. Can’t wait for our stay in June.
