This hotel stay was not pleasant, to say the least. First, we were double charged, which caused our account to be overdrawn. We had to stay an additional night because rain delayed my husband from completing his installation at Panera Bread. We booked an additional night on the Choice app, and when I returned to our room (1079), my key card was not working, causing me to take my two-year-old and six-year-old back to the front desk. This was a huge inconvenience because my two-year-old was fussy with it being past her nap time, and we were exhausted from being out sightseeing and such. After getting to the front desk, I discovered why our room key was not working. It was because our bank card declined from them DOUBLE CHARGING US THE FIRST NIGHT, so I used our credit card. However, at that time, I was not aware why our bank card was not working, it was the weekend, and we were from out of town. Once I got home, I figured out we were double charged for our first night. Which also caused our bank account to be overdrawn! When I called, they quickly found the error and said it would take 3-5 days for the refund and did not offer any way to compensate for the embarrassment of our card declining, the overdrawn fee we incurred, etc... Second, our air conditioner was not working correctly in our room #1079. Third, when we returned to the hotel on our last night, there were large gatherings of people in the middle of the parking lot, causing us to be unable to drive through certain areas. This was around 11 pm. Once we finally got to a parking spot, we decided to move for fear of a ball hitting our vehicle. Teenage girls were in the parking lot playing volleyball. After finally parking, we witnessed the girls hitting a parked car with the ball and then running away. We notified the front desk. Then a little after 1, the teens played in the hallway, banging loudly on the door and running. Again we told the front desk. Apparently, we weren't the only ones complaining about the door banging and parking lot issues. We usually have good experiences at Comfort Inn hotels but this was the worst! Also the guy working at the front desk next to the lady checking us in was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel and we will never stay at this location again.

We had to stay here for a baseball tournament. I would not recommend it. The rooms are dingy. The key cards become unprogrammed all the time. It was quite ridiculous and made for a frustrating stay. Also, the pool closes at 10 PM and there’s no where else on property where the team could hang out. It was quite an expensive stay for the quality of hotel. That all being said, the front desk staff was always nice and tried to be helpful.

This was a monstrosity, my dads girlfriend and I looked and hotels to sleep in for 1 night after our long day at cedar point. And we looked at this hotel and the rooms and the room looked pretty decent. But when we arrived it looked very different than the pictures. And these kids were running up and down the halls at 11 pm, and of course I had to make an noise complaint. This hotel is a complete scam and so is the pool. The pool had people drinking all over it, and the pool smelt very strong with chlorine enough to kill a child. Anyways never coming back again rather stay at the wolf inn.

Oh man, where to begin? Stayed there over Memorial Day weekend on a trip to Cedar Point. Let's note before we get started that there is a LOT of floor space to cover between the front desk and rooms. This alone isn't bad. However, our keycards didn't work. Multiple times. We took four trips to the desk to get keys replaced. This was not only time-consuming but sort of ruined the "vacation" aspect of the trip because we didn't really get to relax. We were not alone in this. We actually headed back down to the desk for keys at the same time as a neighbor across the hall. We met at least three other people who had similar issues. The room was OK (the sheets had weird orange stains on them though), but the staff allowed kids to continue playing in the outdoor pool well after close. Our room happened to be right next to said pool. This didn't matter MUCH for most of our party, but my son needed to get to sleep at around 10. The indoor pool was insane. While it is assumed that children will be playing, most were unsupervised. Staff witnessed kids throwing stuff at random bystanders, cannonballing into the hot tub, and (my son was on the receiving end of this) running up and just hitting people and did nothing. The single positive part of our stay was the tattooed gentleman who was at the front desk late night. We had forgotten toothbrushes and he was not only helpful with that but told us about a pretty exciting event coming to the area and was generally just awesome to talk to. Unfortunately, that one positive thing did not stop the rest of our stay from being pretty miserable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever, for any reason. We should have checked the other reviews before booking. Never. Again.

As far as know I don't think so, but I could be wrong.
I was told when i've stayed at best budget inn before that guests of best western next door or best budget inn across the street are allowed to use the indoor pool/hot tub but prefer that they don't use the outside cabana bar area
