Food was a mixed bag. Some food was very good, some was trying to hard to be fancy and maybe not paying enough attention to taste. Service could have been better.

Really like this place. My new go-to restaurant. Kind of a vegan orientation but plenty of tasty food for the rest of us. Nice vibe and really friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We had not eaten here in a while and forgot how good the food was. We shared a watermelon salad, fresh and tasty, then the spaghetti squash casserole and the teriyaki quinoa bowl. Everything was very good and felt healthy at the same time. Our waiter, Will, was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely go back sooner this time.

We enjoyed delicious food and great service here tonight. Our server, Peter, was attentive, kind, and helpful as 3/4 of us hadn't been to True Food before and had a lot of questions. We are looking forward to when True Food has a restaurant in Seattle so we can eat here more often. Definitely recommend.
