This was our first time making a birthday reservation here and although the place was quite busy, we were seated right away. We also had a service dog with us and we surprisingly didn’t get any trouble for it. Kudos for that! Irena, the manager was very accommodating, kind, and elegant. She told us about all the dishes, which made picking very easy. Everything we ordered was perfect, specially the seafood, which tasted fresh. We ordered the zarzuela, halibut, polenta fries, and mussels. Again, all perfect. The wine list and complimentary bread were also great. Definitely coming back to this place!

You can buy fish and shellfish from them to bring home and cook, but do not know if they participate in any of the meal delivery services.

I'd recommend parking in the garage near Lesher (N. Locust). It's less than 1/2 block away and only 50 cents per hour. Street parking is spotty at best.
The menu is located on their website at: http://wcyc.net/menu/ They have a lunch, dinner, dessert, and kids menu.
It's LOBSTER MONTH & is booked immediately by long time customers. Do call & see what they suggest. There will be cancellation along the way most likely.
I would call the restaurant ASAP as the tables get reserved fast on Valentine's Day
