Today was my first time ever visiting Walnut Creek Honda, just to pick up some parts I needed, and I must say that everyone I encountered there seemed genuinely nice, more so than other dealerships occasionally go to. If ever in the market for a vehicle, I would definitely give this place a try.

My gas tank won't open on a new pilot, the simplest thing to have work but it doesn't. They want $200 to diagnose why the release isn't connected to the latch. Plush the cost to fix it. I've gotten 8 cars here, and always bought the maintenance package, I will not be returning, trash cars and trash service.

Communication was poor. Now I remember why I moved my service business to Concord Honda. No calls back over 6 hrs after leaving messages on status and not upfront regarding part not available until end of 3rd day which I had let them know I was leaving for trip next morning and needed vehicle back EOD on wed when I left on Saturday . I was told numerous days they had part (when I specifically asked ) for 2 days. Should have taken to Concord Honda.

Great friendly staff. On time and very informative. Great shuddle service and drivers that actually have a conversation with me. I had two carseats with me and they helped with them and were so good about it. I will take my Odyssey only to them. I trust them and they are good prices. 5 stars 🌟 all around!!

Nice choice. Regardless off what the owners manual says, I always do the first oil change after the first 1,000 miles after the engine has been run in...metal shavings and contaminants from manufacturing can be present in the first oil fill.

Our team has received specific instructions on sanitation procedures and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well or have had exposure. We are adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance, and strongly encourage all customers to do the same.
Not that we know of, but a 2001 could have equipment that is not original.
