And the blinds that we ordered were installed a couple of days earlier than expected and are perfect. Happy to give a ringing endorsement to this company!

Update: An on-site was finally scheduled for the missing part. They showed up on time and completed the installation without issue. They also helped fix some older blinds which were telescoping (even though these were not part of the original order). Updating to 4 stars - I’m happy with my order and service all in all (but do wish communications had been better throughout) Original: Good blinds, ok service. Overall happy with how the blinds turned out and the initial on-site performed was professional and informative. Once the order was paid for however the customer service really fell of a cliff. We went weeks without an ETA and once the order arrived parts were missing. It’s been a couple of weeks and no progress has been made in getting the missing parts (despite attempts at speaking with various reps). maybe we were just unlucky with the service hence the 3 stars, overall good but not great

I have posted a couple pictures comparing my old blinds to my new ones. The old are on the top (you can see how transparent and ill-fitting they are compared to the bottom new shades from Budget Blinds). I opted for the Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades with the Powerview controller. It’s amazing and makes a world of difference. You may not realize what an impact shades can have until you replace them! 😂 Brett Jones was wonderful to work with. Installers were efficient and professional. They also come with PPE to make sure to keep your home clean and safe. We did some quote comparisons with Costco, the Hunter Douglas store, and 3-day blinds. They couldn’t match the quality and price that Budget Blinds offered. I highly recommend them!!
