Keeps sending me a $205 bill for a COVID test from January 2021 that was supposed to be covered by my insurance as the reason for testing was exposure. Made multiple attempts to call and message them to correct bill and never received any responses. Billed me in the past incorrectly in November 2020 for COVID test due to front desk incorrectly inputting my insurance information but they were able to fix that. Also got billed as an established patient visit even though I only saw the medical assistant who swabbed and I was never seen by a provider.

I went to get tested for covid since I test positive twice at home and it was super quick! Had it wait outside to keep everyone safe (even with a mask) which I was okay with. Got tested quick and was out of there! The staff is nice

Amazing! Best dr office ever! Brian Bristol, NP, is very knowledgeable, informative and thoughtful. If you have to wait know it's because another patient is getting the attention they deserve and you will get the same. Other staff is friendly and helpful as well. Wish he could be my primary care.
