We went into this store to check out washers, dryers, dishwashers and microwaves. What horrible customer service. We were actively ignored by all three associates. You can tell they must really hate their jobs. We even asked one for a tape measure and she gave it to us with attitude and didn’t even smile or ask us if she could answer any questions. As a person who has worked retail for over 10 years, this was an unbelievably disappointing interaction.

I purchased a combi-steam over at this store. The oven was poorly functioning, breaking down frequently. The customer service were a nightmare to deal with: came several times, but did not fix the issue, leaving the oven in a worse condition than it was before. Until the final time: came, left it completely dysfunctional, and did not come back for 6 months. I was unable to get any help. They denied the fact that the oven was leaking (ultimately admitted and fixed the issue), in the meantime the leaking water damaged my custom-made cabinets. Miele admitted they should pay for the repair, but then dropped the ball and walked away from their obligation. Now, I have an oven that broke again, non-responsive customer service, and no idea how to proceed as Miele failed miserable multiple times.

Joel and Evelyn were extremely helpful when we visited. They walked us through the various models and features for the ranges, ovens, and dishwashers. They answered all of our questions and once we had decided on the item we wanted, Evelyn called a shop and helped us order it on the spot. Truly great customer service, definitely recommend going there.

Not a great phone reservation system. Called two days before I planned to drive up from Santa Cruz (over 9 0 minute drive, plus parking). Nobody answered, so I left a detailed voicemail requesting a reservation to see their induction stovetop. Nobody called back. As I was preparing to start the drive, I called to get confirmation of the reservation. Somebody answered, but no indication they’d received my voicemail. Offered two reservations that I couldn’t make. So much for getting to look at their product.

for me, it's a toss up between miele and subzero. the determining factor is that my fridge will be near a wall. therefore, it can't open more than 90 degrees. i know subzero has a stop-piece that is built into the hinge, but does miele?

Dear Francine, Thank you very much for reaching out to us with your question. We hope you had the opportunity to experience our brand and the quality of our appliances firsthand at our Miele San Francisco Experience Center. To answer your question: our MasterCool and PerfectCool refrigerators actually have ‘banking pins’ that limit the door swing to 90° so no issue there. Hope this helps! Best, Miele USA

my name is Jeanette Rebello M.Rebello is my son. My dis washer will not wash. Light on read out says Intake valve. what does that mean? Is there anything that I can do to fixit. Our water was off a couple of days, with only a trickle of water.

Hello Michael, This is typically an indication that the water line is not releasing water to the dishwasher and the valve to release water may need to be reviewed. To further assist, please contact our technical support team at 888.996.4353.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. We don't stock parts such as hoses for any of our vacuums in the Experience Center. We've never produced a vacuum called a "Princess" however, so you may need to find another source for the part you need. Thank You!
