Pros: Free level 2 charging for 2 hours Close to lots of restaurants Cons: Very popular location and all of the chargers are usually occupied, so it is a bit of luck to be able to charge during most of the time Most people that use the chargers have been considerate and move their car as soon as their two hours are up, but there are times when people park all day. Most of the chargers you can just plug in, but sometimes you will need to use the Volta app to start the charge. All of the level 2 chargers are J1772, so Tesla and Leaf owners will need to use an adapter. There is a level 3 fast charger, but it appears to be experimental. Rates are currently cheaper than the EVgo fast charger at the Whole Foods.
