This Appartment complex has the worst sublease options compared to other landloard. They charge you full month rent for each sublease. It is unfair in my opinion as landloard has no damage due to this procedure other than few paperwork expenses. I am completely fine as far as they charge the office expenses to cover the cost to screen these new tenants. But not the full rent. I consider this as an unfair rental practise.

Located next to sage hill ( has a grocery store, USPS, hair and nail salons etc) and the Emory shuttle stops right in front of the apartment.
