Completely unacceptable. I ordered over phone for future delivery. They couldn’t pull it off. The final delivery was done via cash on delivery although I had already paid over the phone. And I can’t get receipts. They have made claims the receipts were picked up by some one else. There’s no one else. They can’t take pictures and email or text them. Don’t throw your money in a hole buying from these people. Go elsewhere!

They are awful. Especially the manager!! I cant believe how rude he was when my pizzas were sn hour larte and offered no compensation. Im done with this place

On January 2nd, I placed an order online and opted to pay in cash. Since I live on a university campus, the website allowed me to input the building instead of the exact address. For some reason, this sent the delivery driver, Austin, to the wrong place, and he became very agitated and unprofessional. Austin continued to argue with me once he arrived to the correct place, but I insisted that the issue was not on my end. This culminated with Austin snatching my cash ($26 including tip), and then he drove off without giving me the pizza. He never exited his car, and was very rude throughout the entire interaction. Now, over a week later, the situation has not been solved because the store manager is rarely there when I call. I tried to contact corporate, but they said that the franchisee would have to contact me. I have not heard back from anyone about getting a refund or any kind of repercussions for the THIEF delivery driver.

When the regional manager, who now is the store manager, is there, the experience is great. When he is not there, the experience is mediocre. I have ordered at this store, shown up when the app says the pizza is done, only to find that they haven't even started the order!! It all improved when the new manager started.
