First off I waited AN HOUR for a delivery I was only 4 mins away so I went up there and tried to get the pizza myself asked the manager who had an attitude to remake it because it had been sitting out for an hour.. NOBODY I REPEAT NO BODY HAD GLOVES.. THESE PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY USING THIER UNWASHED HANDS TO MAKE YOUR FOOD THE GIRL LITERALLY ONLY WASHED HER HANDS AFTER I SAID SOMETHING about it..and she didn't even wash them properly. When I asked the managwr about it she got upset defending the girl who ran her hands in water for 3 secs I saw this girl GRAB A HAND FULL OF jalapenos put them in a bag and try to give them to me... I watched another woman cook tomatoes and grab them with her hands and put it on someone else's ALREADY COOKED PIZZA WITHOUT WASHING THEM don't believe me?? Go see for your self I'm 7 months pregnant and Covid is still out here completely turned me off from eating out in general

The manager Akissi is absolutely horrible. They gave me 2 cheesesteaks with almost no meat and burnt cheese and a cold pizza that the tracker said she personally checked. I was then told that even though my food was delivered, I would have to bring the order back myself or nothing could be done. The incompetence and general lack of care is amazing. If this is a manager, I can only imagine what the staff is like.

Salad was wilted like it had been kept too cold for too long. Their pizza was largely burnt and the chicken bites also looked like they had spent too long under the heat as the cheese on it also looked burnt. Not a great looking or tasting meal all around. I even had to driver over to pick up the order as it was delayed very badly.
