Sat at the window waiting for my order to come out for 8 minutes as per request from the worker at the window. I pay ahead of time with her. I get charged. I wait 20 more minutes to be told my card didn't go through, and I'll have to pay again. I pull up my bank statement and see I was charged already. Without apologizing a single time, the MANAGER demands me pay $70 total dollars on 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I told him to cancel the order, and he happily canceled my order, shooing me away. Not a single apology.

I’ve ordered pizza here a little over 20 times and not once has my order been messed up in anyway. Always ready on time and taste great highly recommend.

The pizza arrived dried out and tasting like it had been warmed over several times, especially the mushroom stuffed crust one which looked shriveled. Both were very dry. Disappointed because the pizza is usually good.
