Don't do delivery from here ever. Please. I really like Domino's pizza but you might wait for 2 hours and just straight up not get a pizza. Also don't call them because you'll be on hold for at least 30 minutes and don't use their app because you can't get a refund. You're only eligible for a redeemable free pizza and 20% off of an order that expires after 30 days. Save yourself from the time and the hassle and just do pickup.

This past Sat. 6/11/22, I ordered a pizza & some wings online as I was visiting my son, who lives in West End. My order was placed & my debit card charged at 8:15 pm. The "Tracker" did not seem to be working properly, and I began calling the location at approx. 9:30 pm, at which time a message popped up that this store was NOT ACCEPTING ONLINE ORDERS! I was not able to get through to talk to anyone this or the several other attempts I made to call, despite having held for over 25 min. one time. Eventually I left my son's to drive home, still attempting, unsuccessfully to reach the store by phone. At 11:44 I received a text stating that a driver was leaving to deliver my pizza. Again I called, to no avail. At 1:16 am my son texted me to tell me my pizza had arrived. FIVE HOURS AFTER IT WAS ORDERED!!! I have since emailed and continue to attempt to reach DOMINO'S by phone. I have received NO RESPONSE and they continue to have my $45.63. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered pizza all school year for my class and each time was a great experience. On the last day, I ordered 6 pizzas and every last pizza was burnt beyond well done. The order was about 40 mins late which left no time to correct the order. Whoever boxed the pizzas could have remade them or canceled the order. Horrible customer service. When I attempted to call they picked up and hung up each time. I would like a full refund!!! I have pictures.

It’s been 3 hours with no delivery of pizza. Phone just gives a busy tone when I try to call. I can’t even use the “Report Issue” button on the tracking page. Never ordering here again. Update -- I got an email saying my order was cancelled after 3 hours of waiting. Original estimated delivery time when I ordered was 35 mins. Thankfully I was planning on paying cash so they didn't steal my money but they won't be getting my business again.

I've been awaiting for someone to return my call for the complaint against this franchise dominos pizza and still haven't heard anything from them, my next step since I still have the pizza is too take it to the health department or CDC especially when the pepperoni looked like it was mildew or something and I took photos of the pizza and kept it in the freezer as told by one of the representative for dominos pizza headquarters no response and that's been since December of 2017

Jarquez, don't even waste your time trying to order food from this location. Otherwise, you continue to be upest and hungry.
Im having the same problem this has happend to me twice. Alerted the main corporate office and opend up an official complaint. Now im looking at legal action. Something is not right at this place. Lets find out what.
