Bad service. Slow delivery wonky answers for new orders. Took 4 hrs to get a cold incorrect order. Called for 2 hrs straight and ended up having to go to the store to be greeted by sorry we were busy.

I will never order from the pizza Hut in downtown Atlanta Ga again! We place our order through the app, never received the order, couldn't get anyone at the location to answer the phone, then after 2 hours my order was cancelled and I was never told why! Never use this Pizza Hut ever again!

I'm enrolling in to Georgia Tech just so I can come to this Pizza Hut in particular. Always on point and served hot. And if the do get it wrong they take the time to remake it priority and correctly. The staff are always friendly even after being in an oven all day. I've ordered from here before and will keep doing so. Keep the pizzas hot and cheesy. Thanks 😊

I ordered a large pizza from this store. Only opened the box after I got home and found out that I received the wrong pizza. The pizza I received had toppings that I have dietary restrictions against. I didn't go back to the store that day since I live 10 miles away. Went back to the store the next day and they denied to refund the purchase. I showed them the receipt and the picture of the pizza I received. I was told that I am trying to get a free pizza. I was told that it's my fault that I didn't check on site if I received the right pizza as it is my responsibility and not theirs. The treatment and behavior I received is unacceptable.
