Very pleased with a recent online purchase of a luxury watch from Topper Jewelers. They went above and beyond with their service, sourcing me a regular length strap from the manufacturer for a very limited piece that was sent to them with a short strap. They even made note of this error and made sure I was aware before sending off the watch to me. Looking forward to my next transaction with them.

The covid safety practices are great, they are appointment only, which are easily able to be booked through email, call, or text, there are probably about 5 or so customers in the store at one time, everyone is wearing masks, and it felt very safe inside.
It probably will depend on the make of the watch too. So definitely call as others have mentioned.
Bill Kaplin owned it. Sadly, he passed away in 2013. His sons Rob and Russ own the business now. I hope this wasn't some sort of sick joke.
